Trend & Packaging Designer

**Position Overview**

The Trend & Packaging Designer is responsible for creating best-in-class trend development and packaging solutions that elevate Burlington's private label brands across Beauty, Home, and additional categories. This role supports the Creative Director in developing cohesive brand identities, packaging systems, and trend-driven creative that strengthen brand perception, improve in-store navigation, and deliver an elevated customer experience across more than 1,000 stores. This designer will contribute to the development of brand identities, logos, packaging layouts, visual systems, structural packaging considerations, photography direction, copy placement, production-ready artwork, and trend storytelling.
