TreeHouse Foods Production Supervisor

Lead as a Production Supervisor at TreeHouse Foods in Richmond Hill, ON, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations for quality Aseptic products.
In this full-time role, you will oversee the production floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality are prioritized. As a leader, you'll support your team in achieving production targets while engaging in continuous improvement practices to enhance overall output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support production staff on daily tasks
• Coordinate and monitor production workflows effectively
• Uphold safety standards and regulations in processes
• Provide training programs for staff development
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years’ experience in a production environment, with supervision
• Strong team management and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with quality control and inventory management
