Treasury & Investments Assistant Manager

GovTech is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Finance Division to support treasury and investment management activities. You will handle cash flow projections, investment monitoring, debt management and regulatory compliance, while maintaining records and preparing committee materials.

The role requires a 2–5 year track record in treasury or investments, strong Excel/modelling skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg and data-visualisation tools.
