Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash and Liquidity Management including cash positioning, e-banking support and interco loan operations
• Bank Account Administration including KYC compliance required by banks
• Timely submission of Treasury reports with accuracy
• Prompt completion of yearly tasks in SOX and external auditing
• Active management of Treasury processes and systems to optimize efficiency and quality
• Periodic review of Internal Control and Corporate Governance
• Active participation in ad hoc projects
• Gaining a firm and in-depth understanding of the risk of non-payment by one entity to another entity
• Reviewing a company’s financial statements
• Performing credit research, analysis and general due diligence to determine creditworthiness of current and future customers
