**Hiring TRAVEL Welders/Fabricators in Waynesboro, PA**
**Job Description**
The welder plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that all components are accurately assembled and welded according to specifications. This position requires precision and expertise in handling various metals and welding techniques.
**Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm - 10pm**
**Pay Rate: $33hr and $150 per diem all 7 days**
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints from a variety of manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate execution of specifications.
+ Layout and fit all parts and components prior to tacking them together to be welded.
+ Employ solid wire (MIG/GMAW) or flux/metal core wire (FCAW) welding techniques on metals including mild steel, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel.
+ Grind and polish welds after completion to ensure cleanliness and detail before inspection.
