Key job responsibilities

• Support the Complex Environments Program manager
• Maintain and update program documentation including SOPs, guidelines, playbooks, trackers, and internal wikis
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items; flag risks or delays to Travel Risk Managers
• Compile data and draft inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), OKRs, and KPI reporting
• Coordinate cross‑functional engagement with TRM regional teams, Amazon Security, Amazon Travel & Events, and key business units
