Travel Reservations & Holiday Consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds using GDS platforms.
• Design and sell customized holiday packages, tours, and travel experiences.
• Provide professional travel consultation and destination recommendations.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑in visits.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing tours, travel insurance, and visa services.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Stay updated on airline promotions, travel regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday planning.
