Travel Physical Therapist

**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is currently hiring a **Traveling** **Physical Therapist** in **Kingston, NY** . This is a traveling position.

**Pay:** $56.00 - $59.00 per hour based on experience
**Type:** Two-month contract
**Schedule:** 8:30AM – 5:00PM M-F

On Call: One weekend per month

**Notes:** This position will cover Clearfield and Centre Counties

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· OASIS Assessments for Home Health patients

· Development of plan of care

· Physical therapy treatment in patients’ home

· Supervision of physical therapy assistants

· Electronic charting
