Requirements: ADN/BSN, 1 year experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Ratios: 1:4–1:5
Skills: Cardiac drips, chest tubes, Baxter IV pumps, occasional epidural pumps
Preferred: Critical Care Stepdown/PCU and TR band experience
