Travel Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and manage invoices using FreshBooks
• Handle multi-method payments including Stripe, Crypto, PayPal, Wire, and ACH
• Track and reconcile client payments across multiple methods
• Build polished, client-ready itineraries using Travefy
• Select seats and incorporate travel preferences and memberships
• Coordinate with Concierge and Booking teams for document delivery
• Support execution of daily booking workflows and follow internal SOPs

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in travel operations or coordination
• Prior experience with FreshBooks, Stripe, or other invoicing tools
• Familiarity with itinerary-building platforms like Travefy
• Working knowledge of travel logistics and passenger preferences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
