Responsibilities
- Create and manage invoices using FreshBooks
- Handle multi-method payments including Stripe, Crypto, PayPal, Wire, and ACH
- Track and reconcile client payments across multiple methods
- Build polished, client-ready itineraries using Travefy
- Select seats and incorporate travel preferences and memberships
- Coordinate with Concierge and Booking teams for document delivery
- Support execution of daily booking workflows and follow internal SOPs
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in travel operations or coordination
- Prior experience with FreshBooks, Stripe, or other invoicing tools
- Familiarity with itinerary-building platforms like Travefy
- Working knowledge of travel logistics and passenger preferences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
