- Assists Physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose, monitor and treat simple to complex conditions, defects and/or diseases without surgery.
- Assists Providers in performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, angiography, device implantation, biopsies, thrombectomy, embolization and pain management.
- Utilizes specialized radiologic equipment and techniques for diagnostic, interventional and/or invasive procedures.
- Ensures procedures are performed safely and with high quality standards.
- Prepares patients for procedures and provides comfort.
- Acts as a scrub tech during procedures.
- Maintains sterile field and adheres to safety protocols.
- Responds to patient and family inquiries regarding diagnostic testing and results.
