TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an immediate assignment in Stockton, California. The position is a 13‑week travel assignment with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour days.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required.
• Assist in scrubbing for all diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient during all procedures.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices, and techniques to ensure adequate safeguards for patient and operator exposure.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to interpret examination requests accurately.
• Operate intravenous and dye injector pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
