**Overview**

The Travel & Expense Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, modernization, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft's global Travel & Expense tools, technology, and services ecosystem. This role owns and drives the business vision, strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of Travel & Expense capabilities and partners across Procurement, Finance, Controllership, Tax, HR, Mobility, Engineering, and strategic suppliers to transform how employees plan business travel, manage expenses, process payments, and comply with company policies.The successful candidate will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on simplifying processes, improving employee experiences, increasing automation, enhancing compliance controls, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI, data, and digital capabilities across the Travel & Expense lifecycle.
