Trauma-Informed SEN Lead Practitioner

Randstad Education in Nottingham is searching for a Lead Practitioner / SEN Teacher to drive educational transformation in an innovative Alternative Provision City Hub. This full-time role focuses on relational and restorative pedagogy, working closely with vulnerable learners to unlock their potential.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or PGCE and have a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice. Responsibilities include designing tailored curricula and leading multi-disciplinary support efforts to ensure student success.
