Trauma-Focused Clinical Psychologist Role

Back in Motion is hiring a Clinical Psychologist to deliver trauma-informed care in a dynamic treatment setting. Flexible work arrangements foster professional growth and development.

In this position, you will support clients with Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders through Back in Motion's interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program. We are searching for Registered Psychologists with two or more years of experience in trauma-focused modalities like Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, or Cognitive Processing Therapy. A collaborative approach is key in helping clients heal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and intake interviews
• Develop tailored treatment plans for client success
• Provide evidence-based interventions for client recovery
• Prepare and review critical clinical reports
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists
