The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a traffic/information controller, ensuring coordination and documentation requirements are met to ensure timely completion of all cargo and passenger loading/offloading, and ground servicing activities. Additionally, this postion processes the required documentation for report generation. Responsibilities As a traffic/information controller, works on a shift in the 24-hour/7-days-a-week operation of the Air Terminal Operations Center's (ATOC) information control function. Plans and coordinates activities involving the processing of cargo and passenger records originating and transiting through the Aerial Port. Performs ramp coordinator duties and closely monitors SOEs and all aerial port ground handling operations, maintaining constant communication with the ATOC.
