Transport Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Team Leader (HGV) to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is confident leading from the front.

As a Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations while delivering exceptional service standards. You’ll also step up to manage the regional branch in the Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards are always met.

Salary & Benefits

• £14.00 – £17.00 per hour DOE (Approx. £29,000 – £35,000 per annum)

• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (33 days total)
  
  
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
  
  
• 5 days out of 7 (Monday–Sunday rota)
