Transport Specialist - Maritime (Tarragona)

We’re hiring: Transport Coordinator – Maritime (Iberia)

Location: Vilallonga del Camp (Tarragona)

Your Role

You will manage maritime import/export shipments in your day-to-day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and with full cost control.

What will you do?

• Manage maritime shipments end-to-end (booking to delivery)
• Handle and validate shipping documentation
• Track shipments daily and solve issues
• Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers and internal teams
• Review transport costs and invoices
• Support quotes and process improvements

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics / transport operations (marine is a plus)
• Knowledge of import/export and transport documentation
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
• Good communication with internal teams and external partners
• Proactive and hands‑on mindset
