Are you a detail-oriented and passionate Transport Planner looking to make a real difference? Join our dynamic Client based in Staines and help them streamline their transport operations while delivering exceptional service to customers!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all deliveries and collections meet customer expectations with utmost professionalism.
Collaborate with Branch Managers to develop a forward-thinking transport strategy.
Fully adopt and utilise chosen systems to optimise route efficiency.
Understand all resources and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with Transport Controllers to manage compliance issues effectively.
Drive cost savings on fuel and transport-related expenses, including agency drivers.
Communicate proactively with Branch Managers and Sales regarding new site openings and high-volume collections.
