We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established container haulage operator based in Felixstowe.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Transport Planner/ Manager to join their busy traffic and planning function. This is a fast-paced role within a port-centric logistics environment, focused on the efficient movement of containers across the UK supply chain.
You will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, balancing customer requirements, driver availability, and port schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily container movements
Manage bookings, container releases, and port-related scheduling activity
