Our client is an award-winning regional consultancy, providing specialist development planning and infrastructure services to the property industry. They are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Transport Planner to join their busy transport planning team in Basingstoke.
Purpose of the Role:
To undertake a Transport Planner role within the busy Transport Team, assisting senior colleagues with delivering multiple private sector-based planning stage projects for numerous different clients. This would include the following day-to-day tasks:
* Preparing Transport Assessments / Statements, Transport Feasibility Studies and Travel Plans
* Undertaking traffic generation and distribution analysis, junction capacity modelling, and assessment of associated datasets
* Undertaking site visits and accessibility/active travel audits
