The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completionCoordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadlineWorking with the Senior Project Managers to assess the client’s expectations or specificationsSelect appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlinesEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locationsMonitor and control projects status and progressBudget and finance management of projects, ensuring all work is completed within assigned budgetPrepare and maintain project documentationComply with re...
