Translation Project Assistant

Job Overview
Working with the wider Project Management team, the Translation Project Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the management of the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects to completion whilst ensuring IQVIA’s standards are met.
**Essential Functions**
- Provide support in quote management and follow-up, ensuring all details are verified by senior profiles when needed.
- Assist in the pre-flight of translation projects, preparing necessary documentation and materials.
- Assist in liaising with clients to assess and agree on project parameters and requirements, always flagging and checking with more senior profiles when needed.
- Help kick off and launch projects as per setup/requirement, coordinating with more senior profiles when needed.
- Liaise and follow up with linguists for RCA investigation.
- Support in assessing project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines effectively.
