Transition Manager

Purpose Statement

Provide leadership for the creation and successful execution of product and program transfers and low complexity new product introductions (NPI) across Plexus manufacturing sites and Plexus market sectors. Lead the program of work and associated projects by working with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Key Job Accountabilities

• Independently lead projects that involve the transfer of PCBAs, test fixtures and/or systems, excess material and/or the material supply chain into a Plexus Manufacturing facility. Transition projects will involve any of the Plexus market sectors.
• Create and lead the project timeline to transfer existing products and processes from the current manufacturer or customer facility to a Plexus manufacturing facility. Project scope may include a new design release to manufacturing.
