Transition – Finance Team Leader (Madrid)

We are looking for a hands‑on Transition Lead to support the integration of multiple European Waygate Entities (soon to be part of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence) into Hexagon Integral Business Services (GBS) organisation in Barcelona.

The role has a clear two‑step evolution: lead the transition phase (end‑to‑end migration into GBS) and take over as Team Leader for Accounting Operations (General Ledger) once operations stabilise. This is a delivery‑focused role, combining transition execution with strong accounting expertise – not a pure project management position.

Key responsibilities

1. Transition phase (initial focus)
   • Lead end‑to‑end finance transitions: planning, knowledge transfer, cutover, go‑live, and stabilisation
   • Coordinate process documentation, activity splits, workflows, and issue tracking
