Job Description
To support project leads in the development of the financial plan a business case stage so there is a clear baseline profile.To monitor the delivery of the financial benefits against the baseline financial plan for each project.Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and programme teams, prepare interim and final reports to each Programme Board and provide an aggregate report to the Transformation Board monthly, reporting variances between actual and forecasted benefits, risks, issues and mitigations.To ensure that the Service area budget managers are supported and have access to appropriate financial advice and support so that they are able to manage the transformation process and budgets effectively and are accountable for the financia...
