Responsibilities

• Support and get involved in cross-country and cross-function projects (to deliver global HR support).
• Analyse project impact/results (highly number driven organization).
• Maintain a 360-degree perspective (on scope, timing, costs, quality, communication and deliverables) across teams involved.
• Support in the development of solutions, actions and roadmaps to accelerate transformation and mitigate risks, involving stakeholders and senior leaders appropriately.
• Design and implement process automations and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
