Transformation Lead

We are hiring: Transformation Lead : We are looking for a vibrant and energetic person to work on business transformation and special projects.

This role is focused on improving the way we work. Simplifying processes, coordinating across teams, bringing structure to ideas, tracking execution, and helping the organization run in a more efficient and scalable way.

The person should be curious, responsible, good at follow-ups, comfortable with documentation, and willing to learn how different parts of the business work.
