Transformation & Compliance Reporting Supervisor

Gold Fields is seeking a Supervisor ETD Surface at South Deep Gold Mine to coordinate governance and reporting for transformation initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance and timely internal/external reporting. Role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and data-driven improvements to reporting standards and planning.

Required is a minimum of 5 years’ experience in transformation-related reporting, with knowledge of EE, BBBEE, Mining Charter and related legislation.
