Department - TRS – Transfer Pricing Experience - At least 3 - 7 years of relevant experience into Transfer Pricing Tax Qualification- CA Location - Pune Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities: Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations etc. Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and APA authorities.g Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation. Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions. Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases. Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities. Assisting in representing seniors / counsels’ clients before the ITAT & HC.
