Synopsis

To evaluate and present applications for funding and structure deals that contribute towards SBU objectives and industry development goals. Lead structuring and execution of transactions outside South Africa in target markets and sectors (80%). This would include performing the complex financial, technical and marketing due diligence functions, as well as leading a due diligence team and ensuring risk identification and mitigation. Origination of bankable transactions which advance the IDCs mandate across the continent (20%). Evaluation of applications for funding.
