Transaction Execution Associate - Credit Product Delivery

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class transaction execution and documentation negotiation management for credit facilities and ancillary documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment across the transaction lifecycle.
• Review and support bankers in negotiating legal documentation across a range of credit products, providing clear guidance and timely escalation where appropriate.
• Draw on subject‑matter expertise to propose practical solutions, engaging the appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) promptly to drive resolution.
• Manage the execution controls framework, including reporting and escalation, and prepare and coordinate documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations in line with internal policies.
