Client's non-negotiable qualifications:
- Commercial real estate background/experience
- Social media management experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls to listing agents for commercial property information gathering
- Willing to learn CoStar/commercial MLS systems and processes
- Able to organize/manage past deals, upcoming deals, and property tracking systemsgm
