Transaction Advisory Services Manager (Valuation in M&A) - Hybrid

Role Overview

The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager leads transaction-related engagements such as financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, and valuation work. This role works closely with local and international clients to assess financial risks and opportunities, support deal decisions, and deliver high-quality advisory services. The position also involves team leadership and participation in business development initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements ·Perform and review analyses related to quality of earnings, working capital, and debt

· Lead valuation engagements and support other transaction-related advisory work

· Support clients throughout different stages of transactions, including evaluation and negotiation
