Purpose Statement
Administer Production training in accordance to production training system and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
Administration of TRS in order to support production, including TRS issue resolution at site level.Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records.Create training plan and monitor training progress to meet the production timeline.Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirement.Evaluation and periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.Revise and update relevant training procedures and work instruction in Windchill.Deliver training programs related to Operation business need.Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.
