• Ensure work needing to be done is completed same day and communicated to required persons.

Responsibilities

• Operational Responsibilities:
• 1. SLA • Upholding the SLA / SOP in place with the client.
• 2. Weekly Stock takes • Responsible for Weekly Stock takes – Tyres, Rims & Accessories.
• • Managing min/max stock levels is kept in stores as per SLA
• 3. RFID Tagging • Tagging casings and sending to factory for retreading & arrange collections accordingly.
• • Following up on outstanding tyres outside of SLA
• 4. Fleet surveys • Achieving daily, weekly & monthly survey...
