What will you do?
The main function of the Training Practitioner is to ensure staff are functionally trained and competent to execute the work coming into the team. The Training Practitioner is responsible for the updating of all training material, Check Lists and Guide Forms, as well the execution of Quality evaluations, where applicable. The Team Manager is ultimately accountable for the sustainability, service ability, quality, back‑ups and succession planning for the team while the Training Practitioner supports with the planning and execution of actions to attain these goals. The main tool for managing knowledge in the REMS team is the Compass and the Training Practitioner is accountable for the regular updating and data mining of Compass.
