The successful incumbent will be responsible for the application of the full training cycle in the Mining Discipline.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Train and assess Learners according to the legal requirements and satisfaction of the NQF & MQA directives Do needs analysis, conduct training interventions and evaluate learners performance Produce and maintain effective training results Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001: 2008 Coordinate and control all aspects of training courses Develop and present mining training courses Maintain safety standards with compliance to the Company safety programme Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience: Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines Registered Assessor or studying towards becoming an Assessor 3 years’ experience as Miner or Shift Boss 2 years’ experience...
