Training Officer (Qualified Miller) - Bloemfontein

Our client is looking for a Training Officer to support a dynamic team. Requirements: Matric or an equivalent to NQF 4 SAGMA or GMF Accedited qualification 15 Years minimum Miller experience Valid driver's license and own reliable transport Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly resirable Duties and responsbilities: Provide SOP training to hel build a skilled, safty-conscious and high performing workforce Conduct training need assessments within the production department Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship and coaching to ease new hires into their function Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focussed on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety.
