Purpose of the position

To support the Training and Development function by assisting with training coordination, administration, record keeping, reporting, and ensuring effective implementation of learning and development initiatives within the organisation.

Qualifications/Experience Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Training & Development, or Administration. 0–2 years’ experience in training administration, HR support, or learning and development environment.
