TRAINING MANAGER

PNTC Colleges - Maritime Training Center is in need of Training Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in any program.
• At least five (5) years’ work experience in an educational institution.
• At least 5 - 10 years in Maritime Training.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications

Job Summary

The Training Manager is the organizational head and over-all administrator of the Maritime Training Center. He/she oversees the entire operations of the department and ensures its compliance with the regulations set by MARINA and other regulatory agencies, as well as standards set by international and domestic accrediting institutions.
