•  Training Manager   Reports to: Associate Director of Training   Status: Full-time; Exempt   Salary: $75,000.00-$88,000.00  Position Information:   The Training Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational learning and development initiatives.


• This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging training experiences that support employee growth, program excellence, and organizational goals.
