Objective of the position

Responsible for the accurate and timely administration and maintenance of all training records and systems to ensure our compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsible for eLearning-coordinator tasks and development of internal eLearning.

• Acts as the local Training Management System (TMS) Coordinator, responsible for the coordination, administration and documentation of assignment profiles, trainings, training certificates, and documents for the assessment of training success for all employees.
• Creates and modifies training curricula, enters training records, and prepares reports to ensure continuous upkeep and accuracy of our Learning Management System.
