Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement regional training strategies targeted at distributors and customers of small and medium retail chains
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions for distributors
- Identify knowledge gaps and create/adapt training materials appropriate to the teams' daily routines
- Design continuous training schedules, monitor engagement and measure training effectiveness
- Support the sales team during product launches, campaigns and events
- Conduct field follow-ups and be available for frequent travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedicine or related fields)
- Previous experience in commercial training within the dermocosmetics, pharmaceutical or beauty market
- Valid driver’s license (CNH)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience managing distributors/indirect channels (preferred) ...
