About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Training & Quality Manager
to support our growing GenAI/LLM practice. The role will be responsible for driving training excellence, quality governance, process improvement, and performance management across large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management including certification and re-certification.
Establish and govern quality assurance frameworks and performance standards.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and early-warning systems for operational performance.
Manage calibration programs and ensure alignment between Training, Quality, and Operations teams.
Partner with Delivery, Analytics, and Workforce teams to improve quality and business outcomes.
Support large-scale program ramp-ups while maintaining operational excellence.
