As the Training & Adoption Lead S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal part in the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organisation. Your responsibilities include shaping the training strategy, building end‑to‑end learning journeys, and ensuring business users across all regions and functions are fully equipped to transition to new processes, tools, and ways of working. The role sits at the heart of transformation, partnering with change management, communications, global process owners, system integrators, and regional deployment teams.
