Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for new and existing Alumni.
• Evaluate training needs by consulting with managers and conducting surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals to enhance learning.
• Monitor and report on training’ progress and provide continuous feedback.
• Adapt training delivery methods based on audience and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance training programs and ensure consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
