Do you have a knack for guiding and mentoring? selectability Training is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor.  As almost all training is done online, there is an opportunity for flexible work hours while ensuring good work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse groups, helping learners achieve their goals
• Evaluate learner performance through practical and theoretical assessments
• Provide constructive feedback and support to encourage continuous learning and development
• Offer tutorial support to students by appointment via video conference or telephone
• Present topics to students in weekly online masterclasses
