Trainer and Skills Coach for Engineering

Oaklands is seeking an inspiring Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach to shape the next generation of engineering talent. You’ll deliver high‑quality training, coaching and assessment, guiding apprentices through their full journey as they build the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for success. You’ll work closely with apprentices and employers, carrying out workplace assessments, setting meaningful targets and ensuring timely achievement of apprenticeship standards.
