Trainee - T Cloud Public (REF5517N)

What you will do

You will support leadership and organizational coordination tasks, including meeting preparation, agendas, meeting minutes and follow-up tracking. You will help organize management meetings, workshops, internal events and PI Planning activities, from preparation and stakeholder alignment to room booking and administration.

You will also support cooperation with international, including German business stakeholders, help with travel and accommodation arrangements, contribute to onboarding preparation for new joiners, and assist with asset management related coordination.

In short: you will help make complex organizational work a little less chaotic.
